Registration Policy for Authors

We require at least one author (member or non-member) to register for every accepted paper to be published, namely “Full Conference”.

If an author has a workshop paper and does not attend the main conference, the author only needs to register the workshop, not the conference.

Presentation Policy

Remote presentations are not permitted. Any co-authors attending the conference may be required to present the paper (including Professors).

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued after registration, except in cases of visa denial or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the General Chairs.
